Our Surgery is committed to providing you and your family with safe, calm, high-quality dental care. We understand that you, or your child, may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to your needs, and we aim to make you feel comfortable visiting our Surgery while providing the best care possible!
Your visit is all about you - your comfort, your happiness, and your health.
During your initial visit, we will review your dental and medical history forms, and take x-rays of your teeth and mouth if necessary. Then, the dentist will discuss with findings, help you create your own individual treatment plan, and answer any questions that you may have. If clinically required at your next visit, one of our hygienists will clean and polish your teeth.
Bring your smile, but also remember to be prepared for your first appointment:
- Completed your patient information forms online (a link will be sent with your reminder email/text message
- Bring your insurance claim form (if you have one)
- For NHS patients - bring your NHS number, and exemption documentation (if you are claiming exception)
Note: We regret that we currently are limiting new NHS registrations to children and exempt mothers.
Other patients are still invited to register but we will not be able to book appointments until some time in the new year.
Regular check-ups are an important part of maintaining a healthy smile!
The British Dental Association recommends visiting your dentist every six months for regular check-ups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
We understand that you have a busy schedule, so when you're preparing to visit the dentist, please remember that your appointments can last between 45 and 90 minutes.
